In doing so, I methodically consult my clients, contribute my experiences and support them and the management team through the conception and moderation of the associated events.

    ... I support my customers through the change- and communication elements that the customer has undertaken as part of the change process – from conception to implementation.

    ... I support executives who have taken on a new leadership role and want to introduce themselves to the team, want to define first joint steps and, above all, clarify how they want to grow together and shape the new collaboration.

    ... I accompany teams that have been reassembled and look for common goals, to develop their way of working together, to develop a common communication and work culture that will give them fun at work. A jointly developed status quo is the basis for working together on the goals. This takes place in structured workshops that leave room for your own design.
